Best Natural Skin Mask

The winter weather months have been brutal on my skin which is prone to acne. With the winter months come harsh dry air which can increase the loss of moisture from the skin therefore I have my go to recipes that save me tons of money and keep my skin dewy, revived and moisturized so you know I had to share it. Hope you love it too and if you have a great at home recipe for your skin, please share.

Face scrub that make my skin dewy and bright while exfoliating my pores. This can be done once every week as long as you're applying excessive pressure during the exfoliation process.

Ingredient for exfoliating brightening mask
Lemon juice squeezed from fresh lemon
Oatmeal
Honey

Ingredient for moisturizing mask
3 tablespoons of fresh cream
1/4 avocado
1 tablespoon of honey

Blend all ingredient and apply to skin letting it sit for 1-2 hours on your face for maximum benefits and rinse. This cream is excellent for moisture and keeping away wrinkles. It leaves your skin dewy fresh and glowing especially if you do both the exfoliating mask and the moisturizing mask. Trust me... it's worth it.

How to make fresh cream
Take 1 cup of whole milk preferably non homogenized milk or Buffalo milk (I know you're thinking who the hell buys or needs Buffalo milk? LOL.... I know I was but now you need it. hahaha) which you can find at a Whole Foods or natural supermarket.
Boil the milk for 10 minutes on high flame letting it get super frothy and the refrigerate the entire pot for 24 hours. I suggest using a small pot so that it doesn't take up a lot of room in your refrigerator.

After it's cooled you'll see the clumps which is your cream. You can remove them with a small spoon or strainer and you now have your fresh cream. This cream is a lot fresher and cheaper than buying super expensive brand name creams and serve the same purpose.
